This is a fun and cute gift to make with your kids for the special ladies in your life!
You will need:
red and green funny foam sheets
washable yellow paint
paint brush
hot glue gun
clothespins
magnets
I started by brushing some yellow paint on my son’s hand (he likes to get messy!)
I helped him stamp his hand on the red foam, re-loading with paint for each hand-print. When we were done we set it aside to dry.
Next, we gathered up all the materials to assemble.
I cut out each hand-print and some stems with leaves. I made the stems wide enough to cover the clothespins.
Then I put glue along the top side of the clothespin and glued the stem to it, then glued the flower to the top of the stem.
For the last step, I glued the magnet to the back.
I think these are fun gifts to give to mothers and grandmothers. You can clip a gift card or photo into it for a little something extra!

Such a cute idea!! I would love it if you would share at my Mother’s Day Gift Idea link party at http://craftymomsshare.blogspot.com/2012/05/mothers-day-gifts.html. Thank you! Happy Mother’s Day!
Such a great idea; so adorable! I can see my mom loving a set of these – one for every grandkid!
I bought something very similar at blogitforbabies – but it had a blackboard on the front. I do love this idea and it’s a shame I’ve already had mothers’ day
Saw one of these yesterday, on your Grandmother’s fridge! Very cute!
Thanks Jeanine!

I love the knowledge you provide here and can’t wait to take a look when I get home. I’m amazed at how fast your blog loaded on my cell phone .. I’m not even using WIFI, just 3G .. Anyways, very good site!
