This recipe is very easy to make and always a big hit for breakfast or brunch!

Ingredients:

2 cans of crescent rolls

1 pkg. of breakfast sausage

4 eggs

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Start by browning the sausage and preheating the oven to 350.

Unroll the dough from 1 can of crescent rolls. Pinch the seems together and roll it out with a rolling pin.

*I think you can also buy whole sheets of crescent dough but I couldn't find it at my grocery store

Spray cooking spray in a 9"x13" baking pan and spread the dough in the bottom of the pan.

Mix together the sausage, eggs and cheese in a bowl.

Spread the sausage mixture on top of the layer of crescents, then top it with another layer of crescents.

Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes, until top is golden brown.

Slice, serve, and enjoy!
